- Gubagoo lead parsing corrected to pick up all vehicles and customer names
- Bug fixed which sometimes resulted in agent and customer events to be out of sync in logs
- Lead Source added to data set to be used in whispers, and/or text messages
- Additional pre-whisper added, requiring agents to press 1 to hear customer details. This has the effect of the agent not being required to speak when answering the phone.

- New agent schedule UI which makes initial setup of agents much faster and allows for easier management of schedules, for examples turning days on and off for sick days/vacation days
- New user type – dealer super admin – this allows a manager of multiple stores to have a single login and manage all stores instead of a manager login per store
- New summary table for internal purposes that shows performance across all of our installed dealers to allow us to see top and worst performers for consulting purposes
- Multiple new lead source parsing added, DealerInspire, eLeads, VinSolutions
- Increase performance of time to respond, when grabbing the first attempt we’re seeing calls answered in under 30 seconds consistently.
- Various bug fixes related to invalid phone numbers, parsing of leads, etc.
