NEW TEXT MESSAGING
With robo-calling as prevalent as it is, FZA Digital needed a way to alert the customer that an unknown number calling them is actually the business that they just submitted a lead to.
FastRing now has the capability to send a text message to the customer alerting them that they will be receiving a call in the next few seconds. The text will specifically call out the number so there is no confusion.
We expect this to have a positive effect on missed connections and a reduction on customer surprise about who they are connecting with. A win-win for everyone involved!
NEW CALL-BACK STRATEGIES
With the current FastRing, you can already route calls to any combination of people or teams. However, if you missed your turn in the queue, that was it. No do-overs.
Enter Call-Back. You are now able to set a Call-Back to try again if the first call does not work. This setup is completely customizable including:
IMPROVED FRONTEND & BACKEND ARCHITECTURE
On the frontend, the entire tool has been redesigned and updated for a fresher, cleaner look. Navigation has been simplified and extraneous links have been removed.
While you may not visually see the backend, you will notice that everything is lightning fast after this update. Our new system is vastly more scalable. Call response time is also improved.
